Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, 1 T mustard, 1T plain greek yogurt, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar, green onions, cayenne pepper, salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Boil eggs, let cool and refrigerate. Peel the eggs and cut into half, scooping out the hardened yolk. In a bowl combine half of the yolks, mustard, greek yogurt, vinegar salt & pepper (to taste). Blend together and then scoop spoonfuls into egg halves. Garnish with green onion and cayenne pepper.
