Welcome! I’m Meg, wife to Matt and mom to five miracle children. I’m a writer, dreamer, entrepreneur, fitness lover, and sucker for anything girly. Here I share my journey, lots of things in life that I love, and how God’s grace seeps into the every day.
This blog began in September of 2015, but has been a far off dream of mine for a long time. I have spent over a decade in the throes of learning what it is to be a wife, adjusting to life as a mother, and learning what it means to be a follower of Jesus. I desire nothing more than to see God use me, despite my many shortcomings, in the lives of others.
Life hasn’t at all looked the way I thought it would. Yet I am learning to find joy amidst the imperfection, peace with unmet expectations, and purpose in the every day. I dream of writing books, traveling, speaking and using any message or gifts He has given me in service to others. Yet more than that I desire to know, and be satisfied in, the quiet treasures of serving, ministering to, and thoroughly enjoying those who are in my own home.
My purpose in life is the same whether dreams come true or not, whether life looks like a fairy tale or not, and that is to make much of Jesus. With or without an audience, His grace is more than sufficient. Ultimately, I have nothing to offer apart from my simple, imperfect reflection of Christ alone.
