This recipe is just as delicious as it is versatile. You can add it on top of grilled chicken, steak or seared tuna. I love it so much I could practically drink it.
I have a confession though. Even though the ingredients to this chimichurri sauce are likely already in your kitchen and you could make some it in no time at all…I totally did not make it from scratch for this meal!
I absolutely cheated and I’m recommending you too as well if you’re short on time and want something amazing for dinnerl! Everything on this plate is from Trader Joes. The Organic Brown rice comes with 3 in a box over in the freezer section. The Chimichurri Steak is in the meat section. (Sometimes I have to really search for it because it’s so popular it’s often gone, but trust me, it’s so yummy it’s worth digging around to find one!) And the Mango Salad is pre-packaged and can be found by all the rest of the produce.
This meal staple on our menu every month. The kids even love it!
