Valentine Whoopie Pies

I’m excited today to share one of my faaaavorite Valentine cookie recipes! It’s easy, quick, and they taste amazing! The kids LOVE to help with the powdered sugar part at the end! It’s a lil messy, but so worth it!

I love the soft chocolate with the mixture of the buttercream frosting! And the powdered sugar…well, that is the fun part! Are these healthy? No. But are they yummy? Yes!

After they cooled I loaded them up with buttercream frosting…to let you in on a lil secret I actually buy 2 containers of frosting to make SURE each one gets more than enough frosting inside! 🙂

For the heart shape in the middle I cut out a small tiny heart from a piece of cardboard.
