These little fruit bowls are so adorable but don’t let that fool you into thinking they are complicated to make! They’re super easy to make. Packed with protein, and an edge made of toasted coconut and honey the kids gobbled them up!

Recipe: blue smoothie protein fruit bowl

1/2 cup Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt

2 T. almond milk

1 scoop Jamie Eason Lean Body For Her Vanilla Protein

1 tsp. Dried Blueberry Powder

Fresh Fruit (bananas, dragonfruit & peaches)

Frozen Blackberries

toasted coconut

honey

Directions:

  1. pour honey onto a plate, dip edge of bowl into honey, then press into toasted coconut (I spread it out onto a cookie sheet and broiled on high for 2-3 minutes, then let cool)
  2. Scoop greek yogurt into a bowl, add almond milk, protein powder and blueberry powder. Stir together.
  3. Top with fresh fruit and frozen blackberries.
